Booking & Payments
How do I book a travel package?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired package and filling out the booking form, or contact our sales team for personalized assistance. We'll guide you through every step of the process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. A deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 90+ days before departure receive a full refund. 60-89 days: 50% refund. 30-59 days: 25% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Travel Requirements
Do I need travel insurance?
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. We can recommend trusted insurance providers.
What documents do I need?
Requirements vary by destination. Generally, you'll need a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date) and any required visas. We provide detailed document checklists for each package.
Are vaccinations required?
Vaccination requirements depend on your destination. We provide health advisories with your booking confirmation, but always consult your doctor or a travel health clinic well in advance.
During Your Trip
What's included in the package price?
Each package varies, but typically includes accommodation, specified meals, transportation between destinations, guided tours, entrance fees, and airport transfers. Specific inclusions are detailed on each package page.
Will I have a tour guide?
Most of our group tours include an experienced, English-speaking guide throughout your journey. Private tours include a dedicated guide. Some packages offer a mix of guided and independent exploration time.
What if I have an emergency?
We provide 24/7 emergency support. You'll receive emergency contact numbers before departure. Our team is always available to assist with any urgent matters during your trip.
Group Tours
What are the typical group sizes?
Our group tours typically range from 8 to 16 travelers, ensuring a personal experience while maintaining the social aspect of group travel. Maximum group sizes are specified for each package.
Can solo travelers join group tours?
Yes! Many of our travelers are solo adventurers. We can arrange shared accommodation to reduce costs, or you can opt for a single supplement for private accommodation.
